Toco Hills is also a short drive away from some of the most popular spots in the Atlanta metro, including the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Georgia Aquarium and the ever-popular shops and restaurants of Buckhead.

EDUCATION

Public education in Toco Hills is administered by DeKalb County Schools, and students in this neighborhood attend nearby Briar Vista Elementary, Druid Hills Middle School and Druid Hills High School. There are also a number of reputable private schools nearby, including Atlanta Montessori International School, Cliff Valley School, and Torah Day School of Atlanta. The prestigious Emory University lies a few minutes to the south.

Residential areas in and around Toco Hills consist of a variety of ranch-style homes, townhomes and condos to accommodate many different budgets. Townhomes in this area start in the mid-$300s, while some of the larger single-family homes are available from the mid-$500s to near $1 million.
